Program description

Layflat Studio ("we", "us") operates an SMS notification program that sends operational and service alerts — for example, notifications that an urgent message or meeting request is awaiting the recipient's attention — to individuals who have opted in. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Opting in

You opt in through the sign-up form at layflatstudio.com/sms by providing your phone number and ticking the consent checkbox. Consent is collected specifically and solely for this notification program — it is never bundled into any other agreement — and is not a condition of any purchase. Opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold to, or bought by any third party; see our Privacy Policy.

Message frequency and rates

• Message frequency varies with account activity; typically a few messages per day at most.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
